Opinions about a site layout

Hi there!
I am a 16 y.o. starting web designer from romania.
I wanted to know your opinions about this layout I made for my design site.
I currently have a very small portfolio, but i want to attract clients with this site.
any suggestion is clearly welcomed.
oh.. and sorry about the language - it's romanian.. i'm interested in the layout and design.
