op360.com sold on Sedo for $10,000 on 10-22-19 and was left to expire and closed at GoDaddy auctions for $377. Doesn’t look like the name ever did anything as there is no data available on archive.org.

Maybe the owner expired.

There is also another possibility.
When you buy a domain either from a registrar or auction, another year is often added to the domains already existing life.

So, if it sold on Sedo for $10,000 on 10-22-19, perhaps the new owner assumed it had at least another year from the sale date, ie. late October 2020.

Does that domain mean anything? I found officepartners360.com, were they the buyer? If so, maybe they just set a redirect and forgot about it. Happens more often than you'd think.

It could mean many things as an abbreviation; Operation, Opus, Original Poster, Office Products, Orthographic Projection, etc.

It could also be a company name or abbreviation.

I guess we will never know unless the person who registered it comes forward, or someone wishes to match the owners whois with other domain registration history.
