is it web based script or windows based application?

It is based on PHP, so you'll need to have a way to run a PHP script (any hosting account will work fine for the purpose, or if you can install PHP on your computer, then that would work too).

I'd be happy to do the multiple license thing later -- just let me know by e-mail after the purchase and I'll give you a special link.
