I know I have poor ext. cc , if it is not more than xx than it is not worths to hold it unless development- or sould I hold it?

i think you should hold it and develop it and then sell it, if you have traffic you can make big bucks.

yeh ,but development something like online TV is above my power .

I afraid am not able to feed it enough with fresh online feeds -so but somebody would like to do it, I gues ,some broadcasting companies or not?

The extension isn't gonna help much. An end user might pay high $xx for it. Good Luck
