So, I found this one last night open for registration. It must have just recently dropped. I plan on developing it into a resource with information on the different online degree programs, possibly a forum for people to use, ect.

It has an extremely high search volume, and a proportionately high PPC value. I have a few other "degree" names I have received clicks of $20+ on. So, even though I don't really feel like selling it, any thoughts on the value of the name are appreciated. I figure a .org isn't bad for setting up a site as an information resource... of course while putting my own degree program affiliate links under each review.

The Overture number is deceptively high since it counts words in any order pretty much.
Still this term has a very respectable 124 Word Tracker.

These are the kind of domains that are much better for development of a niche site than for resell purposes.

I think it has very low value without traffic. If it has traffic and revenue then
value = (3 months revenue X 3-4)
and if developed as a nice minisite X 4-5
