You have some good keywords in there. The Exact Match for "online learning academy" shows high demand and CPC at $15+ , but only 100 or so searches a month according to Estibot. Also, there are REAL advertisers on Google for that term. 86 million Google search results is also VERY Good.

Normally, that many search results for a term and the presence of Google PPC paid advertisers in the results would mean a fairly valuable name. Classic valuation methods (Rosener) would then put this domain's value at about $15x100x0.35x12 or about $6000 to end user. However, in this case, recent domain sales for "learning" domains tell a different story, with average selling prices in the low $XXX with some 2 word outliers at mid $X,XXX. However, many of those "outliers" look like brand domains. One exception is homelearning.com, at $7k in 2014. CPC $18.58, 3600 searches per month. Sold at a huge discount (1/30) to what it's search results would indicate. Similar story with distancelearning.org at $2.1K in 2014. CPC $18.79, 34,000 searches per month.

Based on ALL that, and as much as I hate to say it, I would agree with Estibot on this one, with a value in the $200 or so range. This also agrees with average recent sale prices of 3 word "learning" dotcoms AND with the discount shown for other generic "learning" domains.

Now if you had a "two worder" like onlineacademy.com or learningacademy.com we would be talking 10X or more that value.

Of course you might do much better with an end user sale to those advertisers paying for Google PPC though
