I have been advised not to park this domain because there may be trademark problems.

There is a game called Gambit.

Any comments?

Should be no problems.
Gambit is used all the time.
Like the opening move in chess where a piece is sacrificed is called the gambit.
So go ahead and park it.
Develop it.
Do as you please.

Parking could be dangerous because you have little or no control over advertising lines.

If you show ads for the game, you would be in violation of the TM, thus placing you and your domain at risk.

Better to develop -- far away from the TM.
