..for such a long-tail name regged a couple of moths ago with no other extensions taken and only 10 exacts (i see no reason for anyone to own a long-tail without searches) "serious interest from a company that buys domains" smells like an appraisal scam to me..

Oh I've had the "appraisal scammers" contact me before for other domains so i've been there already.
The company is legit i did some research(not sure if im allowed to mention it here), they want to know how much i want for the domain, any idea of how much would be a fair deal?
