Online PHP calendar to *.ics *.vcs files for Outlook

Hi everybody

i dont know nothing in programmation and thats my weak point. Actually is there a way to convert an online calendar (php) into a *.vcs or *.ics file so people can use it for Microsoft Outlook Calendar?

I have that work to do right now and i dont know how to do really, if there is any tutorials about it it would be gr8

Actually, this is part of my senior project, only I am going the other way. I need to get an Outlook calendar into my php script. I haven't fully looked into it, but I am supposed to be checking out ways to do it by Thursday (our next group meeting), so I should have something to post tomorrow, unless someone else knows now.

i forgot to mentionned i use mySQL database and it takes informations from the PHP calendar on internet, convert that calendar into a *.vcs or *.ics and after that we must be able to use them as Microsoft outlook 2003 calendar... Sorry to repeat myself it's a very important thing.

By the way help both me and sjaguar13, i'd be grateful to the one who does.
