I am thinking about reorganizing the main page that displays the passwords.

If you are storing sensitive passwords, then I think you need a design that inspires confidence that a user's data is safe. In its current state, I'd be very wary of signing up and submitting personal information.

here is a suggestion, make an option so that their passwords only accessable by their IP.

also you could make an option for them to access add access ips. to make it easier you could make an add access point area in the CP where it would say "Add current IP?" and before that a popup stating "Allowing multiple IPs give possible access to anyone who uses the computer you are on. if you are on a public computer, or one accessable by others you may want to reconsider etc etc."

assuming this is php, you can get their ip by using the

getenv("REMOTE_ADDR");

variable.

but also, if i were you i would reconsider the design. make it more of a full site not because it needs to be one, but because it will look like you put a lot of time into it and it will not appear as a scam that you put up in a short amount of time. even with the IP protection, you still need to get them to trust you because u will have access to all their passwords. good idea, but there are a few tweaks that need to be made

Sure; I'm not saying I don't like the design btw, i just think for a site that really demands security, a secure look should be done.

I don't have any specific examples, templates from templatemonster.com are fairly professional. Maybe check one out?

yea - you need a shiny, professional site, rather than that. It looks like a forum template TBH.
