What are your thoughts on .online domains?
It's very generic and not as ugly as .xyz for example, so that's a plus - but perhaps a little too long to have any success...
Plus most good names are either unavailable or premium...

666 shows as registered in whois but 777 still shows reserved.

Any idea what 666 sold for? He's asking 15K min. offer at Sedo..

u also can find 666 and 777 .online on west.xyz .

and lots of LLL.online on west.xyz , the other chinese registars also have LLL.online ,but only west.xyz support english.

I don't need any random LLL domains, in any gTLD even for free. :) Thanks.

I have few 777, 888, 999, xxx, 360, 247 and short (LLL) keywords.

That's enough for me!

FINALLY some promotion from Radix....... sweet!! Now if they'd only give their customers a decent transfer/renewal rate to actually SUSTAIN the extension....

russian domainer purchased sberbank.online from chinese domainer. sberbank is a big enduser, and Chinese domainer said his parking traffic of sberbank.online is very high.

I did.

Planning to drop 1000+ of my LLL's unless there's a good transfer deal somewhere.

LLL's certainly have value, but with Radix charging an arm and a leg to renew or transfer them, and hounding registrars that give too good a deal, no one even wants to buy them for $2 each. With $30+ renewals being the norm, Radix is blatantly telling us that they don't even WANT large portfolios renewed..... they're perfectly ok with the constant churn of .online's being registered, dropped, registered, dropped. Not a good way to run a registry!

Well can't be a good thing if domainers hold 100 plus LLL.online so maybe they have the price about right.

The ONLY difference is now 99% will be in the hands of chinese domainers, as they're the only ones being allowed to play the game with pennies. Once in the hands of chinese domainers, they will for the most part stay there, renewed for many years at a tiny fraction of the cost a US domainer would have to pay.

At least I'm getting many of these into the hands of actual end users for incredibly fair prices...

Long story short, pushing all these LLL into the hands of chinese domainers is VERY BAD for the extension, but as things stand there's simply no way around it. No one else can compete.
