Online Mafia Game - Omerta Clone [Php&MYSQL]

I basicly want a clone of Omerta - www.barafranca.com.
The finished script must be easy to install, and easy to translate the languages, plus there should be an admin panel to manage users.

in barafranca there are more than 20 languages but i just need english + another 1 language(totally 2)

other then that i want all the features that barafranca.com has.

please dont bid if you dont have experience on rpg game scripts.

my budget is around $350.
