Under the NP auctions rule, these has to be around to constitute a valid auction:

A clear end date and time for the auction (ex: 1/01/01 at 1pm pst, or "48 hours after a final bid is placed")

From what I see, it looks like either this auction is invalid (without many important details required) or that this auction hasn't end since there is no ending date.
