One transfer out question

A friend of mine has a domain at godaddy that expires on 30th may

i want to get it into my registerfly account

just wonna ask , is there any obligations not allowing transfer outs if domain has less then 30 days left in expiry @ Godaddy

I don't think they'll have a problem, just attempt it.. and if your attempt doesn't go through, registerfly will give you a refund.. Where you can wait for your godaddy one to expire, and reg is at registerfly

initiating transfer at registerfly now and see
