Over time I've read many different theories on this (both pros and cons), wanted to ask this community. (example domain of anytownCA.com (made up) used below)

1. I have a fully developed site at anytownCA.com that gets ~10,000 uniques/month. I also own anytownCA.NET, anytownCA.info, etc. Does pointing .net, .info, etc. to this domain hurt it (pagerank, seo, etc.) or help it? If hurts it, suggestions on what to do with .net, .info, if anything?

2. On anytownCA.com you have a nav link to real estate. Would pointing the link to anytownCAproperty.com (also owned) help or hurt, with the content being the same as anytownCA.com (links pointing back to anytownCA.com), it is just that the nav link would be the index page of anytownCAproperty.com? (sorry if I didn't explain this too well)

Thanks for any help/advice in advance.
