What I do know is that a year ago when these things were sky rocketing, all the threads here were about how amazing it is and how you're an idiot if you don't get on board. Then the floor fell away and the silence was deafening. All the preachers went quiet.

They've all gone silent. This same time last year I called total BS on everybody - I think it was only me. NP even some of even removed my posts.

I admitted to buying to ethereum and factom. The only issue was, when I found out the real events of the DAO attack I pulled every single dollar out (1500% in the black). I realized I was just another sucker among suckers - Prior to that, I fell for the H*rse shit of "immutable" "decentralized" all the buzzwords money can buy, When the real acid test came to fruition everything they said about the code was false and just outright lies.

To anybody still suckered in Godspeed and good luck, not even god can help you

Global Recession 82% likely for Q1 of 2019. Keep Cash.

Cash is King. Not .com - Good Luck to everybody on this forum.

Will see those who make it on the otherside, God-Speed & Good Luck

Gold is a better option then cash when there is global recession. :xf.wink:

Very true, Make sure your deposits are in the vault. Many broker/dealers oversubscribe gold, not in their possession

The technology behind crypto (hidden) is blockchain -- that's here to stay. The technologies (platforms) continue to become more complex - more layered. More lingo to remember (and convert into domain names). Will intangible currencies remain? It's been that way since we got rid of the gold standard. The stock market is the emperor's new clothes. The tokens and currencies may shift but the idea of "mining" intangibles that have values assigned to them based on nothing is in the hands of "the people" who exchange commerce and self-police without a middleman (blockchain). Coins, tokens are worth whatever people say they are. The power is within the built-in barter, exchange and accountability of the platforms/technology. If individual investors (we the people), control the (blockchain) ledgers, the commerce should work the way an open market dictates - supply and demand. Don't let people tell you're holding confederate dollars to have everyone rush into the next ICO for another type of coin. Healthy competition can invigorate a market. Nothing that the powers that be enjoy more than watching people disempowered by fear, failure, and scarcity. There's enough to go around and then some. You know, the Federal Reserve is a privately held organization consisting largely of banks. Since the 1920's. Don't let politicians and the media tell you what to think and believe.

A Great question, thanks atinc:
Telegram ICO happened?
The private Telegram ICO went to ~$1.7 Billion, so they actually cancelled the public one. There is/should be/will be (???) a token available on public exchanges as some of the private holders start to sell and trade.
Great, thanks for informing us. I would wait for an exchange tho in order to buy some. A lot of scams happening in this space and its better to stay cautious in my opinion. Like why would private holders not wait for a public listing on a big exchange. First day of listing would be moon for them.

I guess they are waiting for bull market to arrive before listing it on an exchange. As coinbase waiting for that too to list stellar and cardano and even maybe xrp, who knows. They already listed low profile assets like zcash - zero x - basic attention token(promising one) comparing to xlm and ada - in the bear market. ( low profile based on market cap. ) But didn't risk those two. There is a good chance ada listing before stellar cause I think xlm will make the ripple effect that happened during the ripple - coinbase rumours took place. Remeber how xrp took off from 20 cents to $3.60s in that short period of time.

but those are just assumptions, we are still in a bear market and we need to wait for confirmation to turn the sticks to green on the charts.

Good luck.

I don't know a thing about crypto/coins/tokens etc. What I do know is that a year ago when these things were sky rocketing, all the threads here were about how amazing it is and how you're an idiot if you don't get on board. Then the floor fell away and the silence was deafening. All the preachers went quiet.
And that's the problem with it as it stands, there's no accountability. I didn't hear anyone say they had been wrong or that maybe everything had been over hyped, only "just wait" or "this time next year".
And it's the same for these markets and currencies in general. No accountability. It can't be trusted untill it's properly regulated and then it defeats the object of them in the first place.

You are missing this;

BTC lost more than %60 several times and %90 before it hits all time highs for several times..

That's why you can't hear people saying they were wrong.

soooo, since the people are caught up in this dilemma

who or what should they put their trust in...
bitcoin which is based on nothing, or the politicians with their special interest groups and the media with their fake news?

is it all coming together for another one of those big take down plans?

:)

imo….

Not certain about the listing, but you gave me good reason to learn a bit more about Tezos, thanks.
Its better to stick with top 5 cryptos based on market cap during the bear market, including #tether being the 5th.:xf.smile:

Its like gambling if you are on alts with lower caps on the bear market.

If you are day trading, your gains in crypto means nothing if your alt value raises but its btc value decreases imo.
