My early prediction for Canada - we'll be lucky to finish in the top 15 in medals. I hate to say it, but it seems most of the Olympic effort is being put towards 2010 where we will be an easy number one.

China and USA to duke it out for number one spot! Sort of like the battle of world superpowers minus the nukes and death.

canada is great at the winter olympics because they're used to the cold (nagano!), so i wouldn't be surprised if the china takes beijing 2008 because they're used to the smog.
