I'm finally going to do it. I've had a network that I started in 2006 with blogs ranging sports, finance, entertainment and tech. I used to write pretty regularly on them but for the past 3 years I've just used them as passive income.
All sites have unique content and are PR1 - 3. The max for most of them back in 2007 when I was link building extensively was when they were all PR5, so there's potential. I've never done advertising or spam link building. All content is unique, with most of it produced by me and 1 or 2 other people randomly.
Earnings come from adsense, TLA, CJ and people contacting me through email to advertise etc. I don't actively seek any revenue streams.
Earnings have been:
2009 - $4000
2010 - $3300
2011 - $5600
2011 there was a bump because I paid a friend who needed money to write on them and he was able to help increase revenue so theres potential. Back when I was writing on them regularly I was easily averaging $500 - $900 a month.
I can share stats, revenue, and all sites with serious buyers.
Looking for offers as I haven't been offered a purchase on these since 2009. I'd be looking for a reasonable multiple of yearly earnings.
