Old Domain Sales Increased

In these days i see that people are selling too many old domains. 11+ years 8 9 10 years.
Noone selling too many domains like that. But in these days i see there are too many sales.
I wondered if they found a source for old domains :D
Does anybody know how they do it and how can we find?
Are they only tracking snapnames etc. For domains ?

I think its just that its used more in sales type these days, so we notice it more.
