Its 4 letter, so its not worth 0 at least. However i cannot see the IP connection? it has a "O" in front of it and "V" at the end. It would be hard to market the name as a "VOIP"

Does it get any traffic at all?

also with 4L it is worth seeing what can be made from the letters just juggling, eg:
OI = online internet pv = pro voice, and so on...
at the very worst $10 and more likely $50 up, so a safe buy....
