This would be an awesome site for media, showing celeb houses, etc. Or it would be a good site similar to hotornot/myspace. Many possibilities, and very good domain name imo.

Your input is much appreciated. I am thinking along the same lines as you are. I've already been contacted by a friend that makes quilts, bumper pads and other items for baby cribs and wants to open an online store.....I didn't even think of that use for it.

I agree, it's worth more than reg fee. Short term/quick sale at $20. In the longer term, you may be able to gather value cited by previous posters --- that would most likely be achieved though through development or other proven monetization.

But I can't agree that this name should be flipped for a quick $20. I feel this name is just a bit better than that, say $50 for a quick flip as an example. Admittedly, I have been wrong before regarding instinctive domain name evaluations but this name, without any development, strikes me as having a value somewhere between $50-$100.

As I mentioned before, I'm tending to think along the lines of what theparamount said, with value somewhere in the mid to high $XX. I have been offered $30 today and I'm thinking it over....thanx again everyone.
