Well, the design is pretty nice and clean but my main gripe is with the content of the site.
Firstly, as miseria points out - if there's only one of you, don't claim to be more. Some people see only having one person as a bad thing, but, turn it around - you can be professional and pay your clientele full attention and devote all your time to them. They deal with you and you only, no "messengers". Advertise and promote it, make it work
for you!
The content throughout the whole site seems very amateur and does not give a professional impression - "bring whatever life it has left back on to it" - not only is thise statement slightly confusing but you have immediately degraded your site and your services and have instantly created a bad impression in your potential client's mind. Be positive.
On the about page, you reel off two long paragraphs of your entire life history. Sorry to be blunt but clients don't care in the slightest that you first started designing to impress your mates and also, do not use language like "a pretty damn good designer" it is to much of a colloquialism. By all means advertise that you are good, just not in that way. And don't tell clients you
can't do things (sigs, not a good coder etc), concentrate on what you
can do and keep bringing that up.
Again, clients don't care who your web design friends are, or that you're interested in baseball. Most probably won't even care what programs you use - all they need is reassurance that you can do whatever work they want doing and it is your job to make sure they know that.
Finally, don't use smiley shortcuts like ":P" and smile and wink shortcuts, it implies that you are merely a kid who doesn't have the first clue about being professional. Granted, you are 16 (as am I) and some people would predict you to act like that, but that does not mean you have to. Also saying things like "ask me why on msn" does not really help. Clients will not be bothered how much you got for your work either whether it be $600 or more or less, it is not relevant.
Sorry if I am being harsh with my comments but it is your content that is the real problem and, as many designers say - content is what sells. Personally, I would rewrite the entire content and focus on proffesionalism and work on advertising what you can do and what you can do to help a client and improve their business.
P.S: The design itself could be improved a fair bit and I will see if I can comment on that a bit later, but I would work on the content first and foremost.
Hope I helped, if you want to ask any questions, please don't hesitate
Will.
