I agree with a LLLL you need to develop it or find an end user. There are still too many out there for to have any resell value. I just bought one for a project and it took me hours to go through the 30k+ I could choose from.

But the 30K+ you could choose from has at least one JQVWXZ. I know because I've been going though that list even when it was in 50K+. As a matter of fact I have 100 of them with some pronounceable and the value of it is between $10 - $30 as for now. OIIC are premium letters and the value of that domain could be mid $xx - low $xxx.
