showcase Official .WEB domain SHOWCASE!

[MadAboutDomains]

After 10 years in the making, after legal battles, I'm sure many are planning to pile into .WEB, which is due to be launched side by side with .com and .net by Verisign in early 2027.

In the lead up to the launch - talk about your endeavours to get .web domains or talk of what might be the best names to get.

- or -

After launch - Showcase your domains (not tweets or other's names).

Not a thread for .web sales announcements!!

A lot will depend on price of the domains. If Verisign succeeds in offering a price lower than .com = I think domainers will run into it.

I suspect that there will be a lot of premium domain pricing. Will be interesting to see.

If I were Verisign, I'd have all the top 500 most desirable slds slapped with registry premium, but the carrot of standard renewal - corporations looking to get their emd for defensive purposes won't be attracted to paying 10k a year.

It's counterproductive to adoption and other tlds (esp xyz ) would do well to consider this.
