Yes its now working but afternic BIN link is not working so shifting to atom for the time being.

Afternic BIN lander won’t work until GD start selling .cv domains.

Afternic landers works great with extensions that GD does not sell. This can be confirmed by the many .si domains that display the Afternik lander, while GD does not sell them.

Can you show us an example of a BIN lander, please?

From my reading, I don't think BIN or Custom landers work with .cv yet on Afternic. Only reseller network (Request Price). At least according to this:
