officedesk is a great name. The question is the .de ccTLD and what the market is like for German domains with English spelling. I understand it is very active so the name probably has a decent value.
It will also be affected just now by the pandemic and the huge move towards home offices. if it were mine I'd be attempting to value it myself by looking at the size of the market, profitability within it, how many big players there are within it, price per unit points, what it would cost to advertise using Adwords and SEO without a great domain or well recognised brand (also rates it for those who have either, as a defensive and/or advertising campaigns purchase).
In other words, establishing all the usual indicators and which of those are leading in that particular market to establish an asking or expected price range. Then targetting however many companies could afford a domain name of that worth.
As for worth, it needs work to establish that. A rough guess? My own guess would be to put it in the range 7,500 to 25,000 euros. That's a wide range, no work done to narrow it down but enough to show it'll be worth the effort.
On top of that, it's not a .com so I've knocked a huge chunk off for that fact. Would a .de be so far away from a .com on its home territory? I simply don't know but I'd be interested to see what a German national or two have to say about it.
@frank-germany? Added to which the final price will depend to an extent upon the sales method used and how quickly you are tempted to sell if initial offers are falling short.
