What do you think of this domain Office(dot)Vegas?

Its a kind of name that might sell somewhere in the future... if the .vegas extension gets more recognition and popularity. However the renewals are expensive and its a big fat factor why that "if" is rather unlikely, as well as a factor for your money to be wasted without ever seeing a return.

What you are saying is also reflected in the Estibot appraisal. It has a $9300 Retail value and a $0 wholesale. The wholesale is almost zero for all my dot Vegas and dot London (around 10 domains). If the renewals were closer to $10 than $50 I do believe that it would be a must hold. The dot LA extension, which is around for more years had some nice sales though.
