.tv Offers on 3 of my Premiums - What do you think?

I have current offers via SEDO on these names:

Denmark.tv - $1000
Confession.tv - $800
Luxembourg.tv - $600

Now I know these are kind of low, but It would help me recap some of my investment in .tv's.

Should I hold out?

Personally, I would hold on to denmark.tv and luxembourg.tv and would sell confession.tv, maybe counter with $1,200 and settle for $1,000 IMO.

Sell Confession immediately and negotiate for your other two domains better pricing. If you can't get any higher bids then hold on to the geo domains.

sell confession. Unless you have a source for original content on the geodomains, dump them and reinvest into names you can develop.

I more or less agree with everyone :

Id sell Confession for $800(very good price)

Denmark.tv i would not sell for even near $1000.

Luxembourg.tv - $600 - I would sell if you could get maybe $800 - $1000 as Luxembourg doesnt have the same development potentia, population or tourist industry as other Geo's.

cant think of how to develop confession so like the rest probably sell that, though I think in a couple of weeks when Demand Media raise the interest it could be worht more,

I can hold for awhile. The problem is that I have 500 .tv's and I only really plan on using about 100 of them. So I would like to sell some now.

Those are quality names. The amounts offered are no doubt from either serious speculators or people that want to develop the names. Unless you doubt the future of .tv or feel that NEED that money now or for the future, I would hold on for a little bit. Things are only starting to heat up. Set a realistic price that you think is fair to sell an undeveloped premium keyword and see if they will meet it. Take that money and invest it in the development of your best .tv if you plan to develop.

Counteroffer a reasonable price and provide statistics in support of the greater amount you are seeking. Show them you are serious about selling, but are aware of the potential.
