Good point Kev,
Although I belkieve I think along similar lines to Stoneroses - forgive the assumption if I am wrong......but when I really like a name - either for purely personal reasons, or because I think it is worth a whole lot more, my way is not to resspond.......
Not responding is a response aswell is it not....this puts the onus on the buyer.....is this guy interested at all...or am I offering way lesss than what he wants....??
I will double check by emailing the guy to chek thathe got my offer.....still no rressponse....OK , I am walking away from this...or I will increase my offer and see what happens....
That way, the seller haas automatially got the higher offer - which in itself tells the seller he has an interested buyer and negotiations can then begin...
And if the buyer does not bother, Stoneroses has lost nothing...cause he was not interested at the price offered..
Is there anything wrong to this approach??
Sorry Stone...if this is hijacking the thread, let me know and I will staart aa sepearte thread on this theme.
Thanks
