I would have to go with reg fee. Numbers as letters arnt to popular unless you brand it. Try developing it into an auction site or something of that similarity. Cool looking name though!

I think that plenty of people would take it off your hands for above reg fee.
Tivo above mentions that it is 'cool looking', and that is what makes it stand out a little.
Obviously branding would be necessary to make it stick in people's heads.
I'm not usually a fan of numbers within names but this isnt' too long, and not too much a stretch of the imagination.
