domain OddVideo.com develop or sell?

The domain is 6 years old.

I have the option of developing something on it, but the domain name is not quite right for my project.

For how much do you think the domain would sell?

While it makes perfect sense it's a hard to picture some guy saying to his wife "honey I will in a bit but right now I want to watch some odd videos" Its that which keeps it down but high xx wouldnt surprise me good luck

Zero undeveloped. I think the fact that this domain is singular eliminates all potential value. IMO.

No value undeveloped. Thousands of video sites out
there and this one does not stand out to me. I think
your "niche" video site with value added services is
the best way to go with video these days. I'm not
sure what niche "odd" is in or how to monetize it.
