Octium being the element oxygen. I just don't see the point, unless literally you had "oxygen" as the word. Would be better, if anything

The word Octium is not a popular one in domains at all. No reported sales, however, its registered on 21 extensions but 73 domains is the total number containing this word.

And the fact of a .xyz extension makes it even harder to sell as a brand name.
You need to market this one, may be you could find a buyer within the low xxx price range.
