Well, it is a form of the word occasion. It's used more often than I would think, however it's not something that someone would generally type in, imho.

I'd have to say low xx.

What do you plan on developing this into, if anything?

Dictionary .coms can make you rich (maroon.com is on here somewhere). But if a name has a prefix (-pre, -re, -de, etc) or a suffix (-er, -est, -ed etc) the value is usually lowered badly. Your name looks perhaps $20 at best.
