Yup, unfortuately, .net's are not pulling the money they did a while back. Sure, you might stumble across the right buyer that has to have it, but most are not going to pay much more than that for it retail. This is coming from someone that owns a lot of 1 word .net's and has recently sold a lot of 1 word .net's. This is just 1 man's opinion though. Wait to see what others say as well.

BTW, forget estibot and other valuation tools. They are way off. The only thing that matters is what people are really paying for domains today.

I would set a BIN of $2000.
and accept anything above $600 if buyer does not move higher.

All dictionary terms are "obviously" not very commercial. and golden days of .net are pretty much over.
