Bought the domain a couple of years ago to develop an application. Company folded, I believe it's highly brandable, and a great one word domain. Probably going to be selling up within the week. Any suggestions would be a great help.

.io domains are not in high demand and this is not a "killer" keyword so I highly doubt you will get any reseller interest at all. Especially since the renewal fee of .io domains is quite hefty. I am also quite skeptical about enduser interest. Potential profit from a future enduser could quickly be eaten by the renewal fee.

I cant see any value in this one, the keyword has to be stronger with an extension like this

Keyword is not a great one, but the prefix is one of the highest sold domain @ Flippa for some reason. Lots of domains with .io sale on Flippa for XXX figure.

But for your domain, I don't see a value. Sorry
