What owntype means is that there have been quite a few sales of this domain name and people assumed that now it was in the safe hands of the end user and were expecting to see a lovely developed site. Now you, presumably the legitimate owner of the domain, are still looking for appraisal of the domain name and this suggests that the name is again being groomed for another auction/sale.

I don't like o since it looks too similar to the number zero (0). But if it's sold for early $xx,xxx before, I think $8,000 to $15,000 looks the most realistic... $12,000 seems the most probable.
