nzl.io - Good point is its 3 letters, short therefore could be acronym for company, but z doesn't help.

Niche medical terms will get some traffic if developed, but I don't think this type of domain sells that well.

Thank you @accelerator. I am thinking develop dyspnea as online shop with medicines against any type of dyspnea (diseases like asthma, pneumonia, snoring, etc.). It would be interesting for me.

I love dyspnea.co.uk - this is very good domain. Anybody who will own it can own large share of total market in UK for this type of disease. Dyspnea is big market today, as lot of people are fat/nervous and have problems with short of breath, snoring, etc..and UK is large market for that. Definitely can bring lot of money to owner if the site is properly developed.

Also, there are lot of medical centres, sleepig centres, sleeping studios, etc, and anybody of them moght be very interested in this name. I think UK end users will show lot of interest if you contact them!
