domain Numbers

I noticed there were only 2 of the single spelled out numbers left unregistered so I snatched them.

Eight.im
Nine.im

All opinions welcome.

What is the thinking? If 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 are taken, then it is worth it and you should get 8 and 9?

Do you hope to resell them eventually?

Yes I did register them for eventual resale purposes. I thought low number domains were quite desireable.

btw, a tip, if you are into .im: In Turkish, -im = my. So, e.g., net.im = my.net )

I see .im domains very pricey, 101domains is selling .im at $150 year. Not a domain extensionI would want to be stuck with for a long time. To recover your investment you should probably keep in mind that a seller is willing to pay no less than $300 for them. I cant think of anyone who would pay that right now, but maybe there is a market, I just would not take the risk unless it is a clear easy to sell domain.
