Why have to copied the "NP" from Namepros??? Your game has nothing to with NamePros or the industry. IT IS A GAME!!! Does RJ know you have done that?? I can't see how he is going to be pleased with you exploiting his members and his site for you own personal gain.

If you look at the screen shot you will see it is "THE" NP from the NamPros logo. In addition to that... he is using it on his other site too, which was supposed to work with NamePros he says it "is dedicated to the NamePros.com Community to offer better service and make it grow in the future."

This new venture of his has NOTHING to do with NamePros at all, however he is intentionally using THE "NP" in the name of the game and in his logo, with a similar design and color scheme as are used with NamePros.

Moreover, he does not use a disclaimer of any kind of either site that they are NOT affiliated with NamePros. Thereby allowing people to possibly think they are all apart of the same network, which to my understanding THEY ARE NOT.

Hey NPQ, Karim issnt trying to cause harm, just expand NPG for his shareholders and make a nice fun game, The domain prefix NP if anythign is my fault, i put together a list of domains, so please blame me.

This game is meant to be fun and enjoyable, linked in with the domain industry and . . business, i cant give away game plots etc, but please.. save your opinions until you have played the game

Have your "shareholders" been presented with a breakdown of where their NP$ is being used... to prove it is not for your personal gain?

"Shareholder" = NamePros Members
Players of your new Game = NamePros Members

1: For NPG we had RJ permission
2: RJ knows about the game, and i have giving him info
3: RJ hasnt complained yet about using the "NP" on the domain / logo

4: The shareholders are getting an business plan at the end of month

My main concern here is that the members of NamePros are provided with accurate information. I was simply trying to make my point. I have sent a heads up to RJ about this and I am sure he will put everything into perspective.

I honestly think you guys are making this a bigger deal then it really is. Should you probably have asked Ron for permission first? Yes. Will RJ really care? Probably not. I think this has gotten a bit blown out of proportion.
