How about hosting on a dedicated server with payment via NP$? Jeff or RJ could set it up, and offer hosting packages exclusively for forum members 
Ex, 250MB space/5GB bandwidth for 300 np$/mo or 3000 np$ / year. 300 np$ at $0.015 would be $4.5, that's a pretty reasonable way to "cash out" your NP$ in the ways you want it. At $4.5 per account like that, with a basic $60/mo server, it'll pay off in no time. Thus, there won't be any overselling, it's a reasonable price, and I'm sure many members will use it. An exta profit for NP here, and there won't be way too many sites hosted on a server. Ex, a celeron 2.0GHZ on 256MB would be a good start for NPHo$ting
