Just thought I'd make a post here about how much I love NP.
I decided to do this after I went to that other domain forum and decided to register for an account there too (sorry, just looking for some more places to chat domains and whatnot).
Well, I immediately decided to forget about it. After I activated my account, I went into my CP to add a sig and I couldn't find that option anywhere.
Then I read the FAQs and I was shocked.
You can't even have a sig file unless you are a paid member. Then to boo, if you are a paid member you cannot have more than 2 links in your sig file and you are not allowed to display affiliate links - anywhere. Not in posts (which is a good idea) but not even in your sig file. It says that the only the owner of the forum is allowed to display affiliate links (greedy bastard).
Oh well, it just reinforced that which I already new. NP is the best domain name forum out there by far! In fact, I think NP is probably the best forum out there period, from what I have seen.
Keep up the good work here, guys, and don't ever become like that other forum. That would surely kill NP.
