I would sugest rewording or adding to the content on the DN submission queue page for the NP live auctions.
Original : Enter your maximum bid below. The top 30 bids will receive a guaranteed queue spot and all winning bidders will only be charged as much as the 30 place bidder. NP domain credit is acceptable. Proxy bidding is in effect. You can enter your maximum bid and only pay the lowest amount required to get a queue spot.
To list your DN in the NP auction you have to bid on a spot.

Maybe it's just me but I had to re-read this like 5 times and keep scanning the page to see how or if I have to pay to be listed. I thought the above statement was asking me to list a Maximum bid allowed by the buyer, I was like WHAt I'll take the MAX please... LOL
