Examples are qidian international, wuxiaworld.com and gravitytales.com and and novelupdates.com
I dabble in writing myself and thought it might be a good start to my novel. I know that Wuxiaworld.com started from a guy who wrote or translated a novel. It's now a very high ranking website as he allowed others to submit novels.
