Not getting PM notifications even though subscribed!

Folks,

I am getting thread subscription notifications.
but i am not getting Namepros PM Notification

what is that?

I'm assuming you're talking about getting an email whenever you receive a PM?

If that's the case, you're not getting the notification because you do not have "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages" set in your options. You can change that here:

http://www.namepros.com/profile.php?do=editoptions

Check the box that says "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages", scroll down and click "Save Changes".
