I only ask me why you pushed the domains first or was there a different contract ?

Non payment

In reply to Happy Day; I had previously dealt with them without any problems, and pushed them first doing them a favor. (Big mistake on my part) See what happens when you try to help someone out.

First off, this chap lives in the UK and was told several times that we would be more than happy to make payment. Yes, hes right, we did have previous dealings and did in fact pay via Paypal. Strange, that RALPH has not sent us any email or PM's.... what does that tell you? It was his (and only his) decision not to accept payment via source other than Paypal (we had fraud on our account) he in fact REFUSED to accept an international money order. We aren't theives...as a matter of fact, our business consists in more than just domain names (by the way, we have paid for more than 110,000 domains without a hitch) Check our feedback. We have been ripped off, most recently by ROSSA ($45) I personally wrote to NP Queen about people slandering us, unfortunately, there are people who demise the fact that they do not own what we do. We've been in business for going on 10 years now and have an EXCELLLENT reputation with all of our vendors. Our current inventory exceeeds $1,000,000 (Yes, ONE MILLION DOLLARS) at face value. You all need to decide for yourselves...have you seen how many people left positives? Maybe we need to hire an attorney to get this all settled and have threads like this closed and people sued for slander. Maybe then people will learn their lessons about the American law.

God Bless and Happy Holidays

Despite any "payment method dispute" ....

Have you Sold -or- Are you in fact selling domains that you have NOT paid for yet ?

There are FAR too many payment methods out there for this to not be cleared up by now - Even if you don't have a Paypal account , there are still ways to pay by Paypal if you are within most countries. The seller could set up a Payment button and you don't Need an account to pay that way AFAIK , just access to a CC/Bank account. I know for sure you shouldn't be selling Anything that isn't paid for yet though.

What payment method did Ralph ask for at the time of the transaction ?

I think it is normal for someone to be upset if you haven't paid them in over 4 months.

Check our feedback.

doesn't look good to me.

How are you gonna pay for this with paypal if you win?

regardless if you were ripped off your debts are still your debts, if you haven't squared a debt from over 4 months ago then you shouldn't be bidding on new auctions period, someone posting the truth is not slander...

Please mind your own business, i am sure that you have better things to do with your life tan get involved in something that you don't know about!
--------------------------------------

you may be in business 10 years but I doubt it is the domain business for 10 years as I would find it hard to believe that you just found namepros after 10 years and would let a small deal linger unpaid for 4 months, the number of domains you have is no indication of quality as I know quite a few domainers that you could throw away about 50% of their domains as they aren't that hot, actually it's kinda cold out now so spending a few minutes here and there trying to help make people pay up or get the boot is kinda fun as then I know I won't have to deal with their non paying ass in the future. :P

I feel the need to express my experience with Domain Supermarket from a few months back more or less.

He offered to buy an aged domain from me. He told me to send him an invoice to his email so his secretary could send me the payment when she got back to the office. I pushed the domain to him and waited for the payment so it had been four days already and I pmed him and asked. He told me that his secretary's husband or something had an accident and she had to take off.

Another few days passed and no payment I asked him again and he said that this time their credit cards in paypal had been maxed out and if he could pay me with google checkout. I couldn't find a place to buy domains with google checkout so I asked him to buy a domain for the estimated amount of the domain I had sold him.

After all that long wait, I finally at least got the domain I asked him to buy in exchange for the domain I sold him since he couldn't pay me via paypal.

I didn't want to post at first in this thread because I didn't want to start an argument or get attacked, but I don't think what he is doing is right so I felt I needed to share my experience with Domain Supermarket.

Non-Payment

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this topic.

I did leave good feedback for my first deal with DomainSupermarket because that was the truth; however that has nothing to do with a subsequent deal.

The original contract was for payment by PayPal.

I have sent many messages via Namepros, and email (I have the copies)

Everything I have said is the truth and not slander.

Thanks again

Regards

Ralph.
