Non-English language parking

I have a few parked domains that get a decent amount of traffic, but an almost zero CTR because the landers are in english, but the traffic do not speak english natively. I have passed on dozens of good domains with good traffic for this very reason.

Currently I park at Fabulous and TrafficZ and they don't have any options (that I know of) to accommodate a non-english speaking audience, so can anyone recommand a parking service that can help? Ideally i'd like to select a language, and have the ads for that domain appear only in the specified language.

edit: i just realized that they may detect where the visitor is geographically and display ads in the appropriate language, is this the case? Can't find anything in the faqs...

Sedo does as well. They can target Geo domains as well.

While we're on the subject, has anyone had any luck picking up chinese and japanese content websites and parking them? Every day I see dozens of domains with many backlinks drop and I just let them go, maybe i should pick up a few and see what happens...

For example: deli9199.com has 830 backlinks and 3 years history and will probably be dropped tomorrow morning. I see sites like this all the time, any thoughts on picking them up?

Check the backlinks for quality.
