I like all of these, but the only one I'm going to comment on is the first one as I'm still new to this, and particularly like the ones to do with alternate energy sources, organic themes, etc. It is two very short dictionary words, a CVCVC, and it denotes a subject that is very hot right now and will most assuredly get hotter in the near future. It can be a variety of very useful sites. What is the traffic like to it? I would expect to see $X,XXX to reseller for this name, maybe $XX,XXX to an end user-it's just a really good, short, relevant name-great keywords. dotcom would be incredible to have for this one, but dotnet isn't terrible either, especially if it's used for something geared towards the net.
