Per PayPal's TOS, sellers may NOT charge buyers fees for using PayPal, therefore it is not permitted on NamePros transactions.
Sellers who are found passing PayPal fees to their buyers will receive warning points which could lead to an account closure. If a seller is insisting that you pay fees for PayPal, or you see a listing that states such fees, please PM a Moderator.
