Do you consider 0 a CHIP?
@tekz999 said "0" gives meaning with certain numbers, e.g. 520 means "forever"
I think the meaning of a "Chip" with numerics is different, because the numbers can give different meanings.
Depending if a certain combination has a commercial or a positive meaning, it would be considered a "Chip".
If it has a negative meaning- then a non-Chip.
No. 520 means Wǒ ài nǐ, which means I Love You.
0 means nǐ, which means You.
5201314 means Wǒ ài nǐ yīshēng yīshì, which means I Love You One Life One World.
14 means Forever. (Compound noun)
1 means One. 4 means World. One World together means Forever.
So, 4 means World.
After .org I'm done, I'm not touching .biz! I haven't invested massively mind you but I'm interested in seeing if we're riding the soul train, or if it's an impending trainwreck, I'm keeping an open mind.
Grabbed these in org...

Just to add to the whole 0 and 4, I think people are being a little short sighted on this. There are many uses where they mean very positive things which can make them valuable.
Take - 801314 as an example which has both the dreaded 4 and 0. Regged in every extension by Chinese for a good reason. Source
i think buyout is happening...there a huge registrations going on now
ORG = Waste of money, I think, at least for CHIPS (great for other uses, though; I'm not down on .org).
For the Chinese, .org does not seem to have the appeal that .com and .net enjoy.
I would tread carefully here.

Waste?? I've sold 3 nice .org chips over $200 that I hand registered a week earlier. .Org has always been 3rd on the totem poll to .Com and .Net and I think it will always be. I've checked hundreds of LLLL.orgs and 5N.orgs, the majority are registered by Chinese buyers/companies.
Maybe it doesn't have the same appeal to you because the prices are low but I'd rather have 100 LLLL.Org chips worth $20 right now than a LLLL.com worth $2k, riskier sure but way more upside imo.
