ok so i have a couple NNNNN.coms that i found available to register. I checked out a couple threads to see how much they are selling for but didn't find out much. so my question is, how much can i sell a NNNNN.com for right now?

A freshly regged NNNNN.com will be worth the reg fee only.

If you check out my blog and the numeric sales report thread you can find past sales data for NNNNN.com's. If it represents a good zip code it can go for $x,xxx and good number sequences can go for $xxx. I have been able to sell some bundles at around $8-10/domain over the past year, and the rest of my NNNNN.com's I have on multi-year registration. If you find some that are unregistered, and you have some cash to spend, you should consider doing it and putting it on a multi-year registration in case they do skyrocket in value. With prices of even bad NNNN.com's going over $500 recently, and the continued rapid expansion of Asian markets where numeric domains are huge (several NNNNN.com's are among the top Chinese sites), these may be very good long-term investments. Also, there are only 100k NNNNN.com's in total, and about 50% are already developed websites, as US zip code sites operated by Marchex, foreign postal code sites, product-related sites, mobile/wordnumber, Chinese, and many other types. Compared to LLLL.com's, of which there are more than 450k and < 25% are actually developed sites, you can come to your own conclusion about what is a better long-term prospect.

Honestly, I'd be careful with NNNNN.coms. Good ones (repeating digits, zip codes, memorable numbers; eg. 10000.com) sell well, the others, not so well.
Comparing NNNNN.coms to LLLL.coms based on development is hardly fair when Marchex owns half the NNNNN.coms on the market. Other than Marchex, I really don't see a whole lot of development in this space -- certainly less than LLLL.coms.

I don't know about the spelled word, but it's not a bad number sequence, seems easy to remember. It's a german zip code (go to google maps and type in the number). Google adwords shows that there is some traffic of people searching for the German zip code "92431 neunberg". Also represents a lot of different product numbers (go to google shopping and type in the number). Plus you have almost 300k results for the number in a basic google search, so it is not without a myriad of uses.

Reece, in general you're correct. Most of the NNNNN.com's are Marchex sites. But about 10-15% of them are developed sites for other purposes, including a large number of Chinese sites. Taking the Marchex sites out of the picture you have about 10k-15k developed NNNNN.com's, as opposed to about 25% of the LLLL.com's which are developed sites (around 115k out of 450k total). There are a smaller percentage of NNNNN.com's developed when you exclude Marchex, but given the smaller number of total NNNNN.com's, I think it still shows the strength of these domains. And, of course, I wouldn't exclude Marchex because their sites do have an impact on the NNNNN.com situation, in particular that there are only about 50k NNNNN.com's waiting to be developed, versus about 300k LLLL.com's.
